How do I know if therapy is right for me?Therapy can be a great tool for anyone at any point in their life! It's especially powerful during poignant times where your mental health has recently changed, you're going through a major transition, or you feel called to understand yourself more deeply. What can I expect from my initial free consultation?Mind Body & Therapy offers a free 30 minute virtual consultation that allows us to mutually decide if we'd like to begin working together. We'll talk about your goals and expectations and a create a plan moving forward.

Do you accept my insurance?Mind Body & Therapy accepts many major insurance providers including Greenshield, Manulife, Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan, University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP), and SunLife. If you don't see your insurance provider on this list, please reach out to them directly to find out if we can accept your coverage.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?Mind Body & Therapy offers virtual sessions for the convenience of our clients. At this time, we are not accepting in-person appointments.

Who is eligible for therapy with Mind Body & Therapy?Mind Body & Therapy works with individuals 18+ years old. We don't offer family or couple's counselling at this time.
